My Skills
My Workflow
I lead with an investigative lens.
Before the first wireframe is drawn, I interrogate the status quo. I listen for the friction in quiet moments, the subtle gaps between what a system promises and what a user experiences. Through behavioural synthesis and deep-dive interviews, I strip away assumptions to reveal the project's "True North."
The art of finding the signal within the noise.
This is the "messy middle". The transition from raw data to actionable logic. I thrive in this space of high ambiguity, using systems thinking to reframe the problem. My goal is radical simplification: reducing cognitive load by removing the redundant, mapping the essential, and crafting a clearer languauge.
Translating strategic insight into tactile experience.
Design is where hypothesis meets reality. I build systems that are intuitive, calm, and resilient. My focus is on the architecture of trust - precision in hierarchy, clarity in language, and rigor in edge cases. I collaborate with engineering not just to ship a product, but to ensure the integrity of the vision survives the build.
Note: My notebook remains my primary research tool. My second is tea.
About Me
Currently at Giftbee, I partner with teams to translate ambiguity into seamless user experiences - from deep-dive research to strategic sales narratives. My work is anchored in a dual commitment: making products smoother for users and workflows saner for teams.
With a foundation in Mechanical Engineering, my trajectory shifted through a thesis on designing for the elderly, leading me to a semsester at TU Delft. There, I refined my practice at the intersection of UX, systemic sustainability, and human-centered strategy.
I am driven by social impact - designing for a world that is more generous, inclusive, and fundamentally humane.

After-Hours is my little print club that I started with a friend for making things that don’t live on screens. Slow, tactile work shared with curious people - art prints, zines, and ideas that don’t need to scale to be meaningful.
I spend a good chunk of my time doing pilates. I'm also certified to teach. It keeps me grounded, curious, and reminds me that strength, balance, and form are built slowly and with care. Design, honestly, isn’t that different.
